Founded in 2014 by Colby & Erin Bergen, Hot Paddle Pizza is inspired by our passion for creating the best tasting pizza by using locally/ethically sourced ingredients. All pizzas are hand tossed and topped with quality ingredients. The pizzas are baked next to a roaring fire at over 850°F for the best taste and texture.
